Terms & conditions

What you are buying, what it deliberately is not, and the handful of rules that come with it. Plain English, because a term you cannot understand is not one you agreed to.

Who you are contracting with

Grow Up Quest is operated by Beegma LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not create one.

We are the seller. Your contract for the purchase is with Beegma LLC and your receipt comes from us, so these terms cover the sale as well as the product — there is no second company’s terms sitting underneath. Stripe, Inc. processes the card on our behalf and nothing more.

Where we sell

We currently sell to customers in the United States only, and the checkout enforces that rather than merely stating it.

It is not a judgement about anybody else. Selling to consumers elsewhere makes us liable for tax registrations we are not yet set up to handle properly, and we would rather decline a sale than take money we cannot invoice correctly. If you are outside the United States and want this, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether it is coming — what we will not do is make a quiet exception at the checkout.

You must be the parent or guardian

You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose first name and age you enter. You are confirming that you have the right to give us that information. The product is built for children aged 9 to 13; outside that range the questions stop meaning what they are supposed to mean, and we do not accept an age outside it.

What you are buying

One payment buys one child profile, permanently. That includes the full three-phase protocol, the report on screen and as a PDF you keep, the career sheets behind it, and the ability to come back and run it again later. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

A second child needs a second profile, at the price shown on the pricing section. Profiles are personal to your account and are not transferable.

What this is not

This is not a test, not a diagnosis, and not a prediction. It does not measure ability, intelligence, or aptitude, and it does not tell you what your child will become. It records which kinds of work your child went towards when they had a choice, and reports that.

It is not a psychological, medical, or educational assessment, and it must not be used as one. It is not a substitute for advice from a teacher, a psychologist, a doctor, or a careers adviser. Nothing here should be used to decide a child’s schooling, to place them, or to close anything off to them.

The report is only as good as what you put in. It rests on what you observed and reported, and it says so in its own second section — including when it does not have enough to say anything. We stand behind the method; we make no promise about what it will find, because a product that guaranteed a particular finding would be inventing one.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person. Tell us at hello@growupquest.com if you think somebody else has got into it.

Your child does not get an account and never signs in — there is no interface for them at all. Everything recorded is something you entered.

What you may not do

  • Resell, republish, or redistribute the questions, the activities, the career sheets, or the report. They are ours and they took a long time to write.
  • Scrape the site, or try to extract the content library in bulk.
  • Share one profile between two children, or one account between two households.
  • Use the product to make decisions about a child who is not yours.

Your own report is yours to keep, print, and show to whoever you like — a teacher, a grandparent, your child. That is the point of it being a PDF.

Who owns what

We own the software, the taxonomy, the questions, the activities and the career sheets. You own your answers and the report generated from them, and you keep the report even if you later close your account.

Availability

We will keep the site running and reachable, but we do not promise it will never be down. The protocol autosaves as you go, so an interruption costs you nothing but time. If we ever shut the product down, we will tell you first and give you a window to download your reports.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for decisions you make about your child’s education or future — those are yours, informed by many things, of which this is one small one.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing here takes away the statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Ending it

You can delete a profile or your whole account whenever you like, from your account page. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why. See the refund policy for what happens to money.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim there.
